Executive Leadership Team
Trans-Tec’s global leadership and management team is comprised of electronics manufacturing industry veterans; all of whom possess substantial knowledge concerning the history of electronics manufacturing technology and a clear, innovative perspective of its future direction.
Christopher J. Fussner is Founder and President of TransTechnology Worldwide, a market leader in the sales and distribution of surface mount technology with offices in 9 Asian countries in Asia and 3 countries in North America. Prior to forming TransTechnology in 1988, Mr. Fussner headed Far East Sales for Amistar Corporation based in Seoul, Korea and Singapore, where he was responsible for Sales and Service for electronics manufacturing industry machines in the Pacific, as well as the Western United States. Mr. Fussner started his international career working with relief and refugee resettlement in West Africa and Malayasia. He holds a B.A. in History and Asian Studies from the George Washington University, and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He additionally holds leadership roles in the following organizations:

Chris Kimble joined Trans-Tec Worldwide as Director of International Sales in 2002 and has proclaimed that this is his last job. Chris provides leadership in global sales with critical functions in global support and distribution. He went to high school in Japan, subsequently returning to the U.S. to earn a B.A. in Japanese Literature with a Minor in International Finance from Arizona State Universty. His professional experience additionally encompasses 10 years with Kester Solder Company and 5 years in independent PCB component distribution.
Mike Foster brings over 30 years of direct industry experience, impressive SMT knowledge and inspiring management skills to the Trans-Tec organization. He joined Trans-Tec America last year after spending the previous 14 years with Samsung/Dynatech where he served as the General Manager responsible for the introducing and incorporating the company into the North American SMT market. Prior to that time, Mike worked in a variety of sales, management and engineering capacities at Heller Industries, Quad Systems Corporation (Tyco) and Kulicke & Soffa.
